Dylan Terstege is a postdoctoral research fellow working under the guidance of Dr. Rosa Cossart at the Institute of Mediteranean Neurobiology in Marseille, France. Here, he uses in vivo CRISPRi techniques combined with 2-photon calcium imaging to assess the impact of combinatorial gene manipulations of GABAergic network function.
